Contemporary Brown Leather 3-Seater Sofa Set with Ottomans

A contemporary 3-seater sofa set with matching ottomans, modelled for 3ds Max in brown leather with slim metal legs. This contemporary seating arrangement features a clean-lined 3-seater sofa paired with two rectangular ottomans. The sofa is upholstered in a warm brown leather, providing a structured yet comfortable aesthetic. It includes three back cushions and two smaller accent pillows, all finished with subtle tufting details. The frame is supported by minimalist, slim-profile metal legs that lift the piece off the floor, enhancing its light, modern appearance. The ottomans match the sofa's finish, offering flexible utility as footrests or additional informal seating within a living space. The overall design emphasizes understated elegance and functional comfort.

The download is a 34.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max file directly into their scene, ensuring the geometry is placed at the correct floor level. The materials are pre-applied, allowing for quick adjustments to the leather texture or metal reflectivity via the material editor. The objects are grouped logically, enabling easy manipulation of the sofa and ottomans as separate elements. Standard lighting setups or HDRI environments should be used to capture the subtle highlights on the leather surface, ensuring realistic integration into architectural visualization projects.
