About this asset

A 3ds Max 3-seater sofa set featuring brown leather upholstery, a black stone coffee table, and a matching side table for living areas. This contemporary living room set includes a structured 3-seater sofa upholstered in aged brown leather with clean, boxy proportions and integrated armrests. It is paired with a monolithic, faceted coffee table finished in a dark, textured stone, alongside a secondary side table with a neutral grey top. The arrangement is completed by a soft, light grey area rug and a throw blanket, creating a balanced tactile contrast between the smooth leather and the rugged, geometric stone surfaces. The set provides a cohesive, ready-to-use furniture grouping for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 51.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users can merge the set into their scene and apply custom materials to the leather or stone surfaces via the material editor. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement in various floor plans. Designers should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for snapping to floor surfaces and adjust the lighting setup to highlight the leather's texture and the stone's reflective qualities.

This furniture set is suited for modern residential projects, luxury apartments, and boutique hotel lobbies. It serves as a focal point in open-plan living rooms or formal sitting areas. Architects and interior designers often use this configuration to establish a grounded, sophisticated aesthetic. When searching for this asset, professionals might look for leather seating, modular living room arrangements, or stone accent tables to complement minimalist or industrial-inspired interior designs. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with a wide range of wall finishes and flooring materials.
