About this asset

This contemporary brown leather 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a curated living room arrangement with marble-top tables and decor. This comprehensive living room scene centers on a sleek, three-seater sofa upholstered in rich brown leather, featuring plush cushions and a low-profile frame. The arrangement is complemented by a circular coffee table with a marble top and wire-frame metal base, a small side table, a sculptural blue stool, and a leather ottoman. The set includes a large area rug with a fluid, abstract pattern, along with a floor lamp and a curated selection of framed wall art. Every element is scaled for a cohesive, modern interior aesthetic.

The download is a 56.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project files to populate living room layouts. The components are organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection, scaling, or replacement of individual decor items. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be adjusted or replaced using the native paint bucket tool. For rendering workflows, ensure that lighting sources, such as the included floor lamp, are correctly mapped to your preferred light-emitting materials or proxy objects to achieve realistic illumination within the scene.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set works well in apartments, houses, and luxury hospitality lobbies. It provides a complete, ready-to-use focal point for visualization tasks during the concept design or presentation stages. Designers looking for a balanced, contemporary look will find this useful for staging spaces that require a sophisticated, comfortable seating area. Pair this with neutral wall finishes and minimalist architectural elements to maintain a clean, high-end look in your 3D models and client presentations.
