Contemporary Brown Fabric Sofa with Coffee Table Set

This 3ds Max lounge set features a contemporary brown fabric sofa, a wood-topped coffee table, and a geometric rug for interiors. This furniture set comprises a streamlined three-seater sofa, a rectangular coffee table, and a decorative area rug. The sofa is upholstered in a dark brown fabric, featuring rounded armrests and matching scatter cushions. It rests on slender, light-toned metal legs. Accompanying the sofa is a coffee table with a warm-toned timber grain top supported by a minimalist white metal frame. A low-pile rug with a vibrant geometric pattern in shades of blue, grey, and cream grounds the composition, providing a cohesive visual anchor for the seating arrangement.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical groups for easy scene placement. Users should check the pivot points of each object before positioning them within the room layout. Applying custom materials to the fabric upholstery and timber surfaces allows for seamless integration into specific project palettes. The rug geometry is flat, requiring careful placement to avoid z-fighting with floor surfaces. Ensure lighting setups account for the reflective properties of the metal table frame and the texture of the fabric.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, hotel lobby lounge areas, or high-end apartment staging, this set provides a balanced, ready-to-use focal point. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and timber flooring, making it a versatile choice for contemporary interior design projects. Professionals searching for a complete lounge furniture set will find this useful for quick scene population in architectural renderings. The combination of clean lines and warm textures ensures it fits comfortably within modern, minimalist, or transitional design schemes.
