Contemporary Blue Velvet Sectional Sofa and Armchair Set

This contemporary blue velvet sectional sofa and armchair set for SketchUp features deep button-tufted upholstery and a curved silhouette. This seating set comprises a large, curved modular sectional sofa and a matching circular armchair, both finished in a rich blue velvet. The design is characterised by extensive button-tufting across the seat and backrest, creating a classic aesthetic within a modern frame. Low-profile, wide armrests define the ends of the sectional, which is composed of multiple segments to form a gentle arc. The armchair mirrors the tufting style, providing a cohesive look. The set is presented with decorative scatter cushions and a dark-toned, irregular-shaped coffee table, completing the curated lounge arrangement.

The download is a 156 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, import this model as a component to maintain file hierarchy and easier management. Use the native scale tools to ensure the seating fits your floor plan dimensions before applying custom materials or textures. The model is structured to allow for individual selection of the sofa and chair, facilitating flexible placement. For high-quality visualisations, assign your preferred render-ready materials to the geometry and ensure the normals are correctly oriented to prevent shading artifacts during export or rendering.
