The download is a 66.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When importing this SketchUp model, check the layer structure to ensure the sofa, table, and bench are separated for easier manipulation. Use the native scale tool to adjust dimensions to match your specific floor plan requirements. Apply your own high-resolution fabric textures to the upholstery if the default mapping requires refinement for close-up renders. The metallic elements on the coffee table base can be adjusted using standard SketchUp material settings to control reflectivity and gloss, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with your scene's lighting environment.
