About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a symmetrical wall unit with a central blue marble panel and integrated glass shelving. Centred around a striking, book-matched blue and copper-veined marble panel, this wall unit exudes a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The main feature is flanked by two symmetrical joinery towers, each containing multiple glass display shelves and closed storage compartments finished in a dark, textured wood veneer. Integrated lighting illuminates the shelving sections, highlighting the depth of the dark timber and the high-contrast natural stone. The overall composition is balanced and architectural, providing a sophisticated focal point for high-end interiors that require a seamless blend of functional storage and decorative display space.

The download is a 19.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this unit into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your project and ensure the pivot point is set to the rear face for easy alignment against existing walls. The unit is organised into logical layers, allowing for the independent adjustment of the glass, timber, and marble materials. Use standard photometric lights to replicate the built-in illumination, and apply a high-resolution UV map to the central stone panel to maintain the integrity of the book-matched pattern across the surface.

This piece is ideal for luxury residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobby feature walls, or executive office boardrooms. It pairs effectively with minimalist furniture to allow the marble to serve as a primary design statement. When searching for this type of asset, professionals often look for bespoke joinery, feature wall systems, or integrated display shelving. It is particularly useful for visualising high-specification interior design concepts where a sophisticated, monolithic aesthetic is required to ground the space and provide ample storage.
