The download is a 17.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project files as a cohesive group. The components are organized for easy selection, allowing designers to move or rotate the entire set or individual elements to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped to standard faces, enabling simple adjustments to textures or colours within the native material editor. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility and performance efficiently when populating larger residential scenes or interior design presentations.

This set is ideal for residential lounge areas, small apartment living rooms, or creative studio spaces where a functional yet stylish seating arrangement is required. It pairs well with neutral wall palettes and light timber flooring. It is particularly effective for demonstrating client-facing layouts in early-stage design proposals or final render development for residential projects.
