About this asset

This contemporary living room furniture set for SketchUp features a blue fabric sofa, armchair, ottoman, and matching tables. This comprehensive furniture set comprises a three-seater sofa with rolled arms, a coordinating high-back armchair, and a square ottoman, all upholstered in a textured blue fabric. The ensemble is completed by a circular black coffee table with slender metal legs, a small side table topped with a minimalist table lamp, and an area rug with an abstract grey pattern. A modern ring-style pendant light is included to anchor the arrangement. Each piece is designed with clean, balanced proportions, suitable for creating a cohesive lounge area in a variety of interior schemes.

The download is a 35.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this set into a SketchUp scene, import the component file and place it using the move tool to align with your floor plan. The models are organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment. Use the paint bucket tool to swap fabric colours or metal finishes to match specific project requirements. Ensure all geometry is oriented correctly to avoid shading artifacts, and use layers to manage visibility when populating larger interior spaces.

This furniture collection is ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end waiting areas. It serves as a ready-to-use focal point for interior design visualisations, pairing well with neutral wall treatments or timber flooring. Architects and designers can utilise this set during the concept and schematic design stages to quickly populate floor plans and 3D perspectives.
