About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features blue fabric upholstery, light wood legs, and a coordinated furniture set. This 3-seater sofa features a clean, contemporary silhouette with a tufted backrest and integrated armrests. The upholstery is a textured blue fabric, complemented by slender, tapered light wood legs that provide a subtle mid-century aesthetic. The set includes a hexagonal coffee table with a wire-frame metal base and a wooden top, a geometric-patterned area rug in shades of grey, a multi-panel abstract artwork, and a modern circular pendant light fixture. This collection offers a cohesive look for a living area, balancing soft textiles with structured geometric forms and warm wood accents.

The download is a 34.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project files as a component. Given the presence of multiple furniture items, it is recommended to place the assembly within its own layer or group to maintain model organization. Materials are mapped for standard SketchUp rendering workflows, allowing for easy texture replacement or modification of the fabric colour and wood finish. Ensure the model scale is checked against the project floor plan upon insertion to maintain accurate spatial proportions within the interior scene.

This furniture set is suited for residential living room designs, model apartments, and hotel lobby visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, providing a focal point for seating arrangements. Professionals searching for a complete lounge setup will find this asset useful for rapid prototyping or early-stage design development. It is an appropriate choice for projects requiring a balanced, ready-to-render living area composition that integrates seating, surface space, and decorative elements into a single, cohesive file.
