Contemporary Black Marble Oval 8-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features an oval black marble table paired with two-tone leather and fabric chairs. The dining set comprises an elongated oval table with a black marble top, accented by white veining, supported by a substantial pedestal base. Accompanying the table are eight chairs characterized by a distinctive sweeping frame in a dark finish. Each chair features a dual-material construction, combining a smooth, tan-toned leather exterior with a soft, grey fabric seat and backrest. The backrests include subtle vertical channel tufting for added texture. The ensemble is completed by a decorative glass vase containing a floral arrangement, providing a focal point for the table surface.

The download is a 40.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the model is scaled correctly relative to your floor plane before merging. The table and chairs are typically grouped as a single unit, but elements can be detached for custom arrangements. Apply standard material slots to the marble surface to adjust reflectiveness and bump mapping as required. The chairs share a consistent material ID, allowing for global texture adjustments across the entire set to match your specific interior lighting conditions and scene requirements.

This dining set is suited for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury hotel suites, or upscale restaurant interiors. Its balanced proportions and sophisticated materials make it a strong choice for formal dining areas where a statement piece is needed. Designers often pair this set with minimalist pendant lighting or large-scale wall art to frame the space. Search for this asset when specifying furniture for modern dining layouts, luxury hospitality projects, or open-plan living areas requiring a cohesive, ready-to-use dining arrangement.
