About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sideboard features a black fluted wood frame and a textured leather central panel, complete with decor. This sophisticated sideboard features a rounded, oblong silhouette defined by vertical fluted wood detailing along the curved ends. The central section is finished in a rich, textured dark brown leather, creating a tactile contrast against the matte black timber frame. The piece is presented as a complete set, including two glass vases filled with floral arrangements and an ornamental, intricate fan-shaped sculpture positioned centrally on the surface. The design balances geometric precision with soft, organic curves, making it a focal point for high-end interior schemes requiring refined, layered storage solutions.

The download is a 39.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy separation of the sideboard from the decorative elements. Users can manipulate the textures by adjusting the diffuse and bump maps on the leather panel to match specific lighting environments. The asset is scaled for standard interior heights; ensure the pivot point is set to the base for precise placement against walls or within bespoke joinery layouts. Use instance copies for repetitive interior layouts to maintain scene file efficiency.
