The download is an 8.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this set into 3ds Max by importing the file and managing the objects through the layer manager to control visibility of the desk, chair, and decorative accessories independently. The materials are structured for standard rendering workflows, allowing for adjustments to the reflection properties of the glass or the metallic sheen of the brass frame. Users should ensure proper scaling upon insertion to match scene units and can easily swap out the included accessories to customize the desk surface for specific project requirements.
