Contemporary Black and White Marble Nested Coffee Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features a nested design with a black metal frame, marble top, and glass surface. This nested coffee table set combines two distinct circular forms to create a versatile living room centrepiece. The larger, lower table features a solid black cylindrical base supporting a sleek glass top, while the smaller, elevated table is finished with a white marble surface and a curved black metal support. The contrast between the dark, opaque materials and the bright, veined stone provides a balanced aesthetic. Designed for flexibility, the smaller table can be tucked partially under the larger one or separated to create a layered, multi-level arrangement suitable for various interior compositions.

The download is an 11.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a single group or individual objects within a layer, allowing for easy placement and rotation. Users can apply custom materials to the marble and glass surfaces to match specific project lighting requirements. The geometry is clean, making it straightforward to scale for residential floor plans. When rendering, ensure the glass material is assigned appropriate refraction settings to capture the depth of the nested structure and the reflection of the surrounding environment.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms and hotel lounge areas, these tables provide flexible surface space for decor or beverages. They work well in modern open-plan apartments or sophisticated reception foyers where a statement piece is required. Designers often search for nested coffee tables to solve space constraints in smaller seating areas. They pair effectively with low-profile sectional sofas or armchairs, creating a cohesive, layered look that is both functional and visually interesting for contemporary interior design schemes.
