About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa features a woven frame and beige fabric upholstery, providing a relaxed aesthetic for outdoor lounges. This low-profile two-seater sofa showcases a distinct woven structure that mimics traditional rattan while utilising modern, durable materials. The frame is supported by slender black metal legs, creating a lightweight silhouette that feels airy and open. A single, wide seat cushion in a neutral off-white fabric spans the base, complemented by an assortment of textured, mottled grey scatter cushions that provide depth and contrast. The curved backrest and arm profile are wrapped in a warm, natural-toned woven material, making the piece suitable for both sheltered outdoor terraces and casual interior lounge settings.

The download is a 80.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this model directly into 3ds Max scenes as a single asset. The geometry is organised for easy selection, allowing for quick adjustments to the material IDs if custom fabric textures are required. Because the cushions are provided as distinct elements, they can be repositioned or removed to vary the visual density of the sofa. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base for accurate placement on floor surfaces, and check that the material mapping remains consistent after scaling.

Ideal for residential patios, hotel pool decks, or boutique cafe terraces, this sofa brings a tactile, organic quality to contemporary design schemes. It pairs effectively with minimalist side tables or low-slung coffee tables in stone or metal. Professionals searching for 'outdoor lounge seating', 'woven patio sofa', or 'modern terrace furniture' will find this asset fits seamlessly into high-end residential projects or hospitality fit-outs. Its neutral palette ensures it complements a wide range of external cladding materials and surrounding landscape planting palettes.
