About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room set features a beige fabric sofa, a dark grey armchair, and a marble-top coffee table. This curated living room composition comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, accented by a collection of scatter cushions in alternating grey and off-white tones. Accompanying the sofa is a sleek, curved-back armchair in a dark charcoal finish. The central focus is a circular coffee table featuring a white veined marble top supported by a slim metal frame. A small, X-frame ottoman with a textured grey seat provides additional seating. The entire arrangement is grounded by a large, dark-toned area rug with subtle linear detailing, creating a cohesive and balanced lounge environment.

The download is a 72.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric textures or metal finishes. Scale the entire group relative to your floor plan before placing it against walls or within open-plan spaces. If necessary, detach the coffee table or ottoman to use them as individual assets elsewhere in your project documentation or final visualisations.

Ideal for residential lounge areas, luxury apartment staging, or hotel lobby visualisations, this set provides a complete furniture solution for interior design projects. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor schemes and works effectively in mid-to-large scale floor plans. Professionals searching for pre-composed living room furniture, lounge sets, or high-end residential seating arrangements will find this asset useful for rapid scene population. It is particularly effective for demonstrating spatial flow and furniture arrangement in architectural presentations and client-facing design proposals.
