About this asset

This 3ds Max contemporary lounge set includes a beige fabric sofa, two distinct armchairs, and a coffee table for interior projects. This curated seating group features a linear, beige-upholstered sofa with contrasting brown side panels and slim metal legs. It is accompanied by two distinct accent armchairs: one in a deep blue velvet with a metallic frame, and a smaller, brown-toned chair with a curved backrest. A central coffee table with a white top and geometric metal base completes the arrangement. The set includes a variety of decorative cushions in grey, navy, and cream tones, providing depth and textural interest to the overall composition. Each piece is proportioned for a balanced, modern living space.

The download is a 13.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilise this set in 3ds Max by merging the model into your scene file. The objects are grouped logically, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of each piece. Ensure your units are set correctly before scaling to fit your floor plan. Materials can be adjusted via the material editor to match specific project lighting conditions. Use standard physical materials or your preferred render engine shaders to map the fabric and metal finishes to achieve realistic light interaction within your interior renders.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and executive lounge areas, this set provides a finished look for architectural visualisations.
