About this asset

This contemporary living room scene in SketchUp features a modular beige fabric sectional sofa, lounge chair, and marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres around a modular low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in light beige fabric, accented by a deep brown leather cushion. The set includes a curved, tan-coloured lounge chair with slender metal legs, a round white marble coffee table, and a matching patterned ottoman. Additional details include a dark side table, a minimalist floor lamp, and a large area rug that grounds the entire composition. Every element is curated to provide a cohesive, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors or boutique hotel lounges, with soft textiles balancing the harder stone and metal surfaces.

The download is a 94.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into your SketchUp project, import the file as a component to maintain layer organisation and ease of manipulation. The modular nature of the sofa allows for custom configuration, enabling users to adjust the layout to fit specific floor plans. Ensure that textures are correctly mapped upon import and use the native material editor to fine-tune the fabric and marble surface properties. The included lighting elements can be used as placeholders for your final render engine setup.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living room visualisations, apartment staging, or luxury commercial lobby projects. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and warm timber flooring. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-render lounge grouping will find this useful for interior design presentations, concept development, and final client renders. It serves as a versatile base for modern, minimalist, or contemporary schemes, providing a balanced mix of textures and forms that work well in both open-plan spaces and smaller, intimate seating areas.
