About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp modular sofa set features a low-profile beige fabric design accompanied by a sleek black metal side table. This modular seating arrangement consists of a low-profile, deep-seated sofa upholstered in a textured beige fabric, showcasing a relaxed, lived-in aesthetic with subtle surface creasing. The set includes a minimalist black metal side table with a slender frame and a thin square top. Several scatter cushions in varying shades of grey and textured patterns are included to complete the composition. The sofa's modular construction allows for versatile placement, while the refined geometry of the side table offers a sharp, industrial contrast to the soft, upholstered forms of the main seating unit.

The download is a 40.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a grouped collection for easy placement within a scene. Users should utilise the component structure to adjust the positioning of the side table relative to the sofa. Materials are applied as standard textures; maintain the mapping coordinates by using the native scale tools if resizing is required. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility during complex scene rendering and to prevent conflict with other interior geometry.

This modular sofa set is well-suited for modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end hotel lobby lounge areas. Its neutral palette and low-slung form pair effectively with minimalist interiors, contemporary rugs, and large-scale wall art. Professionals looking for a relaxed yet structured seating solution will find this asset useful for residential styling or commercial hospitality projects.
