About this asset

This contemporary modular sofa set in SketchUp features a textured beige fabric finish, paired with two minimalist white metal coffee tables. The sofa consists of a three-piece modular configuration, upholstered in a tactile, woven-effect beige fabric that gives a sophisticated, organic appearance. Its low-profile, boxy silhouette is complemented by four decorative scatter cushions in alternating tan and grey tones. Accompanying the seating are two lightweight, round coffee tables with thin white metal frames and matching circular tops. The set is presented with a large, circular textured rug, adding a soft, layered aesthetic to the overall arrangement. The clean lines and neutral palette ensure a versatile fit for various interior styles.

The download is a 47.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups for the sofa modules and tables, allowing for easy repositioning or independent use. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric surfaces using the paint bucket tool or swap the metal finishes on the table frames to suit specific project palettes. The geometry is clean and lightweight, making it suitable for populating larger residential scenes without significantly impacting viewport performance or rendering times when using external plugins.

This modular arrangement is ideal for modern living room designs, open-plan apartment layouts, and hotel lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist decor, natural timber flooring, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for a versatile seating solution for staging high-end residential interiors or contemporary hospitality projects will find this asset particularly useful. It functions effectively as a focal point in a central seating area, especially when placed atop large-format rugs or near floor-to-ceiling windows to highlight the intricate fabric texture.
