About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max modular sectional sofa features beige fabric upholstery and integrated dark wood side tables for large living spaces. This extensive modular sectional sofa features a low-profile silhouette with clean, linear geometry. The seating modules are upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, providing a soft contrast to the dark-finished timber integrated side tables. These rigid elements are incorporated directly into the sofa's footprint, creating seamless transitions between lounging zones and functional surfaces. The configuration includes a chaise end, multiple back cushions, and a mix of accent pillows in black and patterned fabrics. The design prioritises a horizontal, sprawling aesthetic, making it an ideal anchor for expansive open-plan interiors.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy management of the upholstery, structural timber components, and cushions. Professionals should check the pivot points for each modular segment to allow for flexible repositioning within a scene. Ensure the material library is correctly linked to maintain the fabric textures and wood grain finishes. Scaling should be verified against the project's floor plan to ensure the deep footprint fits within the intended architectural constraints of the room.

This sectional is well-suited for large residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end lounge areas where versatile seating is required. Its integrated table surfaces reduce the need for additional coffee tables, maintaining a minimalist floor plan. Architects and interior designers often specify this type of furniture for contemporary open-concept layouts where a single, cohesive piece defines multiple activity zones. It pairs effectively with large-format area rugs, floor-to-ceiling drapery, and low-profile lighting fixtures to complete a balanced, modern interior scheme.
