About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a curated lounge arrangement with wood accents and decor. This complete living room composition centers on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric. The set includes a large, circular dark wood coffee table with a pedestal base, a reclined lounge chair with timber frame and woven rattan detailing, and a knotted fabric pouf. The background features integrated shelving units, an arched alcove with vertical timber slats, and minimalist decor pieces. Proportions are generous, favouring a relaxed, open-plan aesthetic. Every component is arranged to demonstrate a balanced, modern living space suitable for high-end residential interior visualisation projects.

The download is a 114 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy isolation of the sofa, coffee table, and decorative elements. Users should ensure the model origin is set correctly before merging into larger project files. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray. For high-quality renders, ensure that textures are mapped correctly and that lighting is adjusted to complement the soft, neutral colour palette of the furniture pieces.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a ready-made focal point for living room layouts. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural interiors, particularly in open-plan apartments, villas, or luxury townhouse developments. Designers looking for a cohesive look often search for 'modern sectional sets' or 'curated living room furniture' to populate their renders quickly. This model is particularly effective for early-stage concept presentations where a fully furnished, high-quality aesthetic is required to communicate spatial intent to clients.
