The entire piece is upholstered in a tactile, neutral beige fabric that provides a soft, organic texture. It includes a set of loose scatter cushions in a contrasting deep brown, along with a matching throw blanket featuring delicate fringed edges. The clean lines and minimal armrests contribute to a relaxed, modern aesthetic, making it a versatile seating solution for open-plan living areas or casual lounge spaces requiring a comfortable, structured anchor piece.

The download is an 18.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as an editable mesh, allowing for seamless integration into existing interior scenes. Users can easily adjust the material mapping to suit specific lighting conditions or apply custom fabrics via the material editor. The model is organised with logical naming conventions, ensuring efficient layering and scene management. It is best placed directly into the scene at world origin, then rotated or scaled to fit the specific floor plan requirements before final rendering setup.

Ideal for residential living rooms, modern apartments, or high-end hospitality lounge areas, this sofa serves as a central hub for relaxation. It pairs effectively with low-slung coffee tables, textured area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps to create a cohesive, inviting environment. Professional designers often search for this type of modular seating when planning open-concept floor plates, seeking pieces that balance comfort with a refined, architectural form. It is particularly suited for projects emphasizing a contemporary, soft-minimalist, or transitional interior design language.
