About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric L-shaped sectional sofa 3ds Max model features a clean-lined design with a chaise and decorative cushions. Defined by its low-profile silhouette and deep seating, this contemporary sectional sofa balances comfort with a refined, linear aesthetic. The frame is upholstered in a neutral, textured beige fabric that extends across the wide armrests and back cushions. It includes a modular configuration with a dedicated chaise section on the right, providing an expansive lounging area. The set is accessorised with multiple square accent cushions of varying textures and a draped, patterned throw blanket over the chaise, adding visual depth and a tactile quality to the overall assembly.

The download is a 36.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, ensure the model is merged into your scene at the correct scale using the metric system to maintain accurate proportions. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual cushions or the main sofa body. Apply custom fabric materials to the upholstery maps to match your project's palette, and utilise the existing UV mapping to fine-tune the texture tiling for high-resolution close-up renders in your preferred engine.

Ideal for residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end hotel lobby lounge areas, this sectional sofa provides a versatile seating solution for contemporary interiors. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for a clean, neutral piece for staging or interior visualisation will find this model useful for creating comfortable, inviting spaces. It is particularly effective in projects requiring a balanced, modern look that integrates seamlessly into various neutral colour schemes and architectural layouts.
