About this asset

This contemporary dining set for 3ds Max features a natural wood dining table integrated with a minimalist black kitchen island. This set comprises a rectangular dining table with a natural wood finish, supported by a slim metal frame, and six upholstered dining chairs in a soft beige fabric. The table is physically attached to one side of a substantial, matte black kitchen island unit. The island features clean, handleless drawer fronts, providing a sleek, modern aesthetic. The chairs are uniform in design, with curved backrests and dark-toned legs that complement the island's finish. Small decorative accessories, including a vase and a bottle, are included on the table and island surfaces, enhancing the realistic presentation.

The download is a 80.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this model into 3ds Max as a unified assembly, allowing for efficient placement within open-plan interior scenes. The geometry is organised by component, enabling easy selection or modification of the chairs and table independently if required. Materials are applied using standard mapping, suitable for quick adjustments to the wood grain or fabric texture. Lighting can be set up using an HDRI environment to capture the interaction between the matte black surface of the island and the natural wood finish.

This integrated dining and kitchen island configuration is ideal for modern residential projects, particularly in open-plan apartments or luxury townhouses where space efficiency is a priority. It functions well in high-end kitchen design visualisations or hospitality settings such as boutique cafe interiors. Designers searching for functional, space-saving furniture solutions for dining rooms or kitchen-living areas will find this set highly applicable. It pairs effectively with contemporary pendant lighting and minimalist interior palettes, providing a cohesive look for high-quality architectural renders and interior design presentations.
