Contemporary Beige Fabric Curtain Set with Sheer Panels

This contemporary SketchUp model features a double-layered floor-to-ceiling curtain set in beige fabric with integrated sheer white panels. The assembly comprises a dual-track system featuring heavy, full-length beige block-out curtains paired with lightweight, semi-transparent white sheer panels. The fabric is modelled with natural, flowing folds that suggest a weighted hem, providing a realistic drape from ceiling to floor. The beige outer layers provide privacy and light control, while the sheer inner layers diffuse incoming daylight, creating a soft, layered aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The geometry is clean and optimized for architectural visualisation, focusing on realistic textile behaviour and vertical proportions that work well in standard to high-ceiling residential spaces.

The download is a 23.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a group or component, allowing for easy placement across window openings. Users should scale the height to match specific floor-to-ceiling dimensions before adjusting the width along the track. Applying custom materials or adjusting the transparency of the sheer layer can be done via the material editor to control light transmission. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to toggle visibility during the modelling process, keeping the view clear while setting up complex room scenes.
