About this asset

This contemporary circular lounge chair is a SketchUp model featuring a beige fabric finish, a gold-toned metal frame, and two accent cushions. Designed with a distinct circular footprint, this lounge chair offers a compact yet sculptural seating solution. The base and backrest are upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with a subtle texture, providing a soft aesthetic contrast to the slender, curved gold-toned metal frame that cradles the seat. Two square scatter cushions are included: one matching the beige upholstery and one in a vibrant green fabric. The low-profile design and rounded geometry make it an ideal choice for creating intimate seating arrangements in modern interiors that require organic shapes to soften rigid architectural lines.

The download is a 3.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can apply custom fabric textures to the upholstery components or adjust the metal frame material using the material editor. The geometry is clean and suitable for quick placement within interior scenes. When importing into a project, ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer for better scene management and use the component scaling tools to verify dimensions against existing room layouts before final rendering or presentation.

This lounge chair is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and sophisticated lounge areas. It functions effectively as an accent piece in a master bedroom or a reading corner, pairing well with minimalist side tables or floor lamps. Professionals searching for round accent chairs, modern bedroom seating, or contemporary lobby furniture will find this asset useful for visualisations that require a soft, inviting focal point. Its geometric simplicity allows it to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of interior design styles.
