About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge scene features a beige fabric chaise sofa, a black coffee table, and a sculptural blue chair. This curated furniture arrangement comprises a low-profile beige fabric chaise sofa, a pair of contrasting scatter cushions in charcoal and sage, and a draped throw blanket. The set is grounded by a distressed grey area rug and a duo of kidney-shaped coffee tables with slim black metal legs. Completing the composition is a singular, rounded sculptural chair in a matte blue finish. The pieces are designed with clean lines and a neutral palette, creating a cohesive living room layout that balances soft textile textures with the sharp, functional geometry of the metal table bases.

The download is a 41.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this scene into a 3ds Max project, maintain the existing layer hierarchy to manage the individual furniture components effectively. The assets are grouped for easy placement; however, users can ungroup them to reposition the coffee tables or the sculptural chair to better fit a specific floor plan. Ensure the texture maps are correctly pathed within the material editor and adjust the lighting setup to complement the neutral fabric tones of the sofa and the dark finish of the coffee tables.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this lounge set works well in open-plan living areas, luxury apartment staging, or contemporary hotel lobby concepts. It provides a ready-made focal point for visualization tasks, pairing effortlessly with modern flooring and minimalist wall treatments. Search for this asset when needing a balanced furniture grouping that includes seating and surface elements, or when populating a high-end residential living room scene that requires a sophisticated, pre-composed arrangement of complementary styles and textures.
