In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for efficient management within complex scenes. The upholstery and timber materials are mapped with high-resolution textures, ready for adjustment in the material editor to match specific project lighting conditions. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy placement on floor surfaces. For optimal results, apply a sub-division surface modifier if close-up rendering is required, or keep the base geometry for efficient background placement in larger architectural visualisations.
