About this asset

This 3ds Max model of a contemporary 3-seater sofa features a dark timber frame, beige fabric upholstery, and decorative accent cushions. This three-seater sofa exhibits a clean contemporary aesthetic with a distinct Asian-inspired influence. The structure is defined by a dark, polished wood frame that encompasses the base and backrest, accented by subtle metallic-toned hardware at the joints. The seating area consists of three individual cushions upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, complemented by a set of decorative throw pillows in yellow and grey tones, some featuring patterns. Two cylindrical bolster cushions provide additional support at the armrests, completing the structured, balanced profile of this piece.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the frame and soft furnishings. Users should verify the scale against project requirements upon insertion. The material slots allow for quick adjustments to the fabric textures or wood finish to suit specific interior palettes. Proper lighting setup, ideally using an HDRI for ambient occlusion and soft highlights, will help define the contrast between the dark timber frame and the lighter fabric surfaces effectively.
