This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a modular sectional sofa in beige fabric and tan leather with a matching lounge chair. This comprehensive living room arrangement centres on a large, modular sectional sofa, showcasing a dual-material finish with plush beige fabric seating and a tan leather base. The configuration includes an integrated side table, a chaise lounge section, and a coordinated grey upholstered armchair. The set is complemented by a low-profile glass coffee table with a metallic base, a round leather ottoman, and a large textured area rug. Overhead, a dual-ring pendant luminaire provides ambient lighting, while a slender floor lamp with a spherical shade adds a sculptural element to the overall composition.

The download is a 61.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this scene into 3ds Max, ensure the model is scaled correctly to your project units. The file is structured with logical layers, allowing for the easy isolation of individual furniture pieces or lighting elements. Users should apply high-resolution textures to the fabric and leather surfaces to maintain realism during close-up shots. Adjust the light intensity of the pendant and floor lamp to suit your interior lighting scheme, ensuring the materials interact naturally with your chosen global illumination settings.

This curated furniture set is ideal for high-end residential projects, such as luxury apartments, penthouses, or modern living rooms requiring a cohesive aesthetic. It also suits hospitality design, including hotel lobby lounge areas or exclusive club interiors. The scene provides a balanced look that pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural shells.
