The download is a 148 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this collection into 3ds Max as a unified scene or individual assets. The model is organised with logical layer structures, allowing for easy separation of the seating group from the table elements. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, with metallic and glass properties clearly defined for realistic light interaction. Scaling should be verified against scene units before final placement to ensure accurate proportions within your architectural interior visualisations.

This furniture set is suited for formal living room designs, high-end residential projects, and luxury hotel lobby schemes. It pairs well with traditional interior styles, dark wood flooring, and elaborate lighting fixtures. Architects and interior designers might search for this set when specifying pieces for classic drawing rooms or sophisticated lounge areas. The neutral yet patterned upholstery provides a strong visual interest that anchors a space, making it a reliable choice for high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings in professional design practices.
