About this asset

This classic-style bar set, modelled in 3ds Max, features a dark wood counter with a white marble top and two upholstered bar stools. The bar unit is defined by its substantial dark-stained timber base, which incorporates traditional panelling details and a curved end profile. The surface is finished with a polished white marble countertop, featuring subtle grey veining. Accompanying the counter are two matching bar stools, designed with light-coloured, turned wooden legs and circular footrests. The circular seats are upholstered in a neutral, textured fabric, accented with decorative nailhead trim along the perimeter. A decorative wire-frame vase filled with a bouquet of flowers is included as part of the total composition.

The download is a 34.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into your project, ensure the pivot points for the stools are correctly set at the base for easy placement. The materials are organised by object, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood stain or stone veining via the material editor. Use a high-quality environment map to capture the subtle reflections on the marble surface and the sheen of the fabric. The geometry is clean, making it suitable for mid-range interior visualisations without excessive poly counts.

This bar set is ideal for residential kitchen islands, home entertainment areas, or boutique hospitality projects such as hotel lounges and private members' clubs. It pairs effectively with traditional or transitional interior schemes, providing a focal point for social spaces. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of furniture when specifying joinery and loose seating for open-plan living arrangements or upscale bar areas. It works well as a standalone feature or integrated into a larger room layout.
