The download is a 33 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical components for easy placement within a scene. Users should check the pivot points of the modular sofa sections to ensure seamless snapping during arrangement. The fabric materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates; ensure the tiling is adjusted if scaling the geometry. The cushions and blanket are separate assets, allowing for customisation of the final layout. Lighting should be set to complement the dark charcoal upholstery, using soft fill lights to maintain detail in the shadows.

Ideal for residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel lounge areas, this sectional provides a grounding element for contemporary interior design. Professionals searching for modular seating, L-shaped lounge furniture, or fabric-upholstered living room sets will find this asset suitable for high-end residential visualisations and hospitality design projects.
