About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a modern rectangular indoor planter filled with a curated arrangement of cacti, ferns, and decorative stones. This decorative interior planter arrangement features a low-profile rectangular container filled with white river stones and various desert-inspired flora. The composition includes several tall, columnar cacti as the primary vertical elements, surrounded by low-lying ferns and smaller succulent-style shrubs. Natural stone accents are integrated throughout the bed to create a balanced, textured aesthetic. The planter itself has a neutral, matte grey finish, providing a clean frame for the varied green tones of the foliage. This set is designed as a cohesive unit for interior styling, offering a realistic, layered botanical look.

The download is a 83 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is typically handled as a single proxy or group to maintain scene performance. Users should ensure all texture paths are mapped correctly to the native material library. Given the complexity of the foliage, it is recommended to use an appropriate distribution layer for rendering, ensuring the geometry retains its detail during close-up shots. Adjusting the saturation of the greens can help harmonize the plants with your specific lighting environment and interior colour palette.

Ideal for adding greenery to contemporary residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or modern office reception areas, this planter brings a touch of nature to interior spaces. It works effectively as a focal point on a sideboard or as part of a larger biophilic design scheme. Professionals often search for this type of asset when looking for desert-style indoor plants, xeriscaping elements, or low-maintenance botanical decor to complete architectural visualizations and interior design presentations for high-end hospitality or residential projects.
