About this asset

This 3ds Max lounge set features a classic brown leather tufted armchair, a minimalist metal side table, and a patterned rug. The set comprises a traditional wingback-style armchair upholstered in deep brown leather with button tufting on the backrest and inner wings. The chair features rolled arms and dark timber feet. Complementing the seating is a contemporary C-shaped side table with a matte black metal finish and a geometric base. The arrangement is grounded by a textured rug featuring a high-contrast zebra-striped pattern. Each piece is distinct in style, creating a balanced juxtaposition between traditional leather upholstery and modern industrial furniture forms, suitable for sophisticated interior compositions requiring a focal point.

The download is a 15.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and manipulation. Users can adjust the leather material properties or metal finish parameters to suit specific lighting environments. The objects are grouped, allowing for quick placement within a larger interior scene. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of the objects for straightforward floor-level snapping. Texture mapping for the rug is pre-applied, though scaling may be adjusted to fit specific floor plan requirements.

This lounge vignette is ideal for residential living rooms, private studies, or boutique hotel lobbies where a touch of classic comfort is needed. It works well as a reading corner or a small conversation area. Professionals searching for a pre-composed seating group will find this useful for rapid visualization of interior spaces. It pairs effectively with dark wood flooring or neutral wall palettes, offering a strong visual contrast that anchors the room's design narrative while providing a ready-to-use furniture arrangement.
