About this asset

This 3ds Max model provides a set of brown fabric curtains with metal tiebacks, featuring a clean contemporary aesthetic. These curtains feature a two-layer configuration, consisting of a white, vertically-pleated sheer layer and a pair of opaque brown fabric drapes. The brown drapes are gathered at the mid-height using minimal metal tiebacks, which create soft, natural-looking folds and drapes towards the floor. The textile has a subtle, uniform texture, while the sheer layer offers a consistent, rhythmic vertical pattern across the entire width. This assembly is designed for wall-mounted applications, providing a balanced combination of light filtration and privacy suitable for various interior design schemes.

In 3ds Max, these curtains are structured as a single editable mesh or group, allowing for straightforward placement against window frames or wall surfaces. Users can adjust the scale to match specific ceiling heights or window widths. The materials are assigned via standard material slots, enabling quick adjustments to fabric transparency or colour tints. The geometry is clean and optimized, ensuring that the soft folds and pleats render effectively under standard global illumination settings without requiring complex simulation.

Ideal for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, and hotel suites, these curtains add a layer of warmth and texture to any interior environment. They pair effectively with modern or transitional furniture styles. Professionals often use this asset to enhance the realism of architectural visualisations, specifically when detailing window treatments in daylight scenes.
