About this asset

This contemporary king bed for 3ds Max features a blush velvet upholstered headboard with vertical panel detailing and metallic feet. Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, this king-sized bed features a tall headboard divided into vertical cushioned panels. The frame is fully upholstered in a soft-touch blush velvet, providing a subtle textural contrast to the metallic accents on the base feet. The bedding set includes a grid-patterned duvet, a draped throw blanket with fringe detailing, two large brown bolster pillows, and two crisp white square cushions. The proportions are generous, creating a substantial focal point for a primary suite or high-end hotel room, with clean lines that balance the softness of the textile finishes.

The download is a 19.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the bedding versus the bed frame. Users should check the pivot points upon insertion to ensure the model sits flush with the floor plane. The velvet and fabric textures are mapped with standard coordinates; designers can easily swap the diffuse maps to adjust the colour palette or scale the tiling of the duvet pattern to suit specific project requirements without compromising the underlying geometry or the defined seam details.

This bed is suitable for residential master bedrooms, luxury apartment interiors, and boutique hotel suites where a refined, comfortable atmosphere is desired. It pairs effectively with minimalist bedside tables and metallic lighting fixtures to reinforce a contemporary aesthetic. Professionals looking for high-quality bedroom assets will find this piece useful for visualisation projects requiring realistic textile drapes and soft furniture forms. It integrates well into scenes focusing on interior design, staging, and architectural render packages for high-end residential developments and hospitality refurbishments.
