About this asset

This contemporary round pouf 3ds Max model features a blue fabric finish draped with a textured off-white throw for added realism. This round, soft-form pouf is defined by its clean, minimalist profile and subtle stitched detailing along the sides. It is presented with a draped, loosely woven off-white fabric throw that adds significant visual texture and organic folds to the composition. The pouf itself has a smooth, matte finish in a muted blue tone, providing a balanced contrast to the textured textile accessory. The geometry is well-suited for close-up shots where fabric detail and soft, rounded silhouettes are required to soften the overall appearance of a space.

The download is a 10.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this asset directly into 3ds Max scenes as a single object. The mesh is optimized for standard rendering workflows, allowing for straightforward material assignments or texture adjustments. Due to the high-detail nature of the draped fabric, ensure that the scale is adjusted appropriately to match the scene units. The model uses standard UV mapping, making it compatible with most procedural or bitmap material setups without requiring complex re-mapping or scene-specific adjustments for standard interior visualization projects.

Ideal for residential living rooms, bedrooms, or casual lounge areas, this pouf serves as an excellent decorative accent piece. It works well when placed near modern sofas, reading chairs, or within walk-in wardrobes to provide functional, low-profile seating. Professional visualizers often use such assets to add a lived-in, comfortable atmosphere to architectural renders.
