Blue Fabric Mid-Century Three-Seater Sofa with Wood Frame

This 3ds Max model of a blue fabric three-seater sofa features a warm-toned wooden frame and a collection of decorative scatter cushions. Defined by its clear mid-century aesthetic, this three-seater sofa features a distinct exposed timber frame with tapered legs and curved armrest supports. The seat and backrest are composed of separate, firm-looking cushions upholstered in a vibrant blue fabric. The piece is accessorised with six varied decorative scatter cushions, displaying a mix of geometric, monochromatic, and graphic patterns alongside a plain grey option. The modular-style construction of the frame highlights the joinery details, providing a balanced, open silhouette that maintains a lightweight visual profile despite its three-seat capacity.

The download is a 7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working with this 3ds Max asset, ensure the model is scaled correctly to your project units before placement in the scene. The cushions are provided as separate objects, allowing for easy repositioning or removal to suit specific composition needs. Use the material editor to adjust the fabric texture tiling or to map custom patterns onto the cushion geometry. Applying a simple HDRI environment map will help ground the wooden frame materials and capture the soft highlights on the fabric surfaces.
