About this asset

This neoclassical black wood dressing table set for SketchUp features a rattan-back chair and a compact vanity desk with tapered legs. The ensemble consists of a slim vanity desk and a matching chair, both finished in a deep matte black. The desk features elegant, turned legs with subtle detailing and a clean rectangular top. Its companion chair is designed with a curved, rattan-cane backrest and an upholstered seat in a soft off-white fabric. The proportions are intimate and refined, suitable for smaller spaces where a traditional desk would be too bulky. The set includes a small glass vase with greenery as a decorative accessory, adding a touch of organic texture to the composition.

The download is an 18.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct components for the desk and chair, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation. Users should ensure the geometry is placed on a dedicated layer to manage scene complexity effectively. Texture mapping for the rattan and fabric elements is pre-applied, though users may need to adjust material tiling depending on the scale of their interior scene. Standard lighting setups will interact well with the matte black finish of the timber components.

This dressing table set is ideal for residential bedroom designs, boutique hotel suites, or luxury dressing rooms where a touch of classic elegance is required. It pairs well with period-inspired interior schemes or eclectic modern settings that utilise natural materials like cane and timber. Architects and interior designers searching for vanity furniture or compact writing desks for feminine-styled spaces will find this asset a versatile addition to their project library for both concept visualisations and final presentation renders.
