Black Lacquered Wood and Rattan Curved TV Cabinet

This 3ds Max TV cabinet features a sleek black lacquered frame with integrated natural rattan door panels and a distinctive curved silhouette. Designed with a sophisticated curved profile, this media console combines a deep black finish with the tactile texture of natural rattan caning. The unit consists of a central two-door storage section flanked by two rounded side cabinets, providing a balanced, symmetrical aesthetic. Slim, tapered legs support the frame, adding a sense of lightness to the robust construction. The doors feature minimal, polished hardware, ensuring the focus remains on the contrast between the dark timber frame and the light, woven rattan mesh. This piece offers a refined storage solution for contemporary living spaces.

The download is a 28.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, use the native material editor to manage the wood and rattan textures, ensuring correct tiling on the curved surfaces. The model is scaled for standard residential heights, making it suitable for immediate placement within a living room interior. Users should check the pivot point for easy alignment against a media wall or partition. If necessary, adjust the glossy reflection parameters on the black lacquer to suit the specific lighting conditions of your project.

Ideal for residential living rooms and high-end hospitality suites, this TV cabinet serves as a focal point for media zones. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, bridging the gap between modern clean lines and organic, artisanal textures. Professionals searching for media storage, curved consoles, or rattan-accented furniture will find this piece versatile for both formal and casual settings. It works particularly well in interior design schemes that prioritise natural materials and bold, dark colour palettes for a polished look.
