Black Glass Rectangular Coffee Table with Cabriole Legs

This classic black glass coffee table for 3ds Max features a sleek rectangular top supported by elegant, curved cabriole-style legs. Defined by its high-gloss black glass surface and traditional silhouette, this coffee table serves as a strong focal point for formal interiors. The piece features a thick, rectangular tabletop with a reflective finish, complemented by a slender, ornate frame. Its standout design element is the set of four cabriole legs, which provide a graceful, sweeping aesthetic that contrasts with the sharp lines of the top. The structure is finished in a uniform black, ensuring a cohesive look that bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and a contemporary, monochromatic colour palette.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material assignment. Users should ensure the glass material is correctly mapped with appropriate reflection and refraction settings to capture the intended high-gloss finish. The model is scaled for real-world proportions, making it ready for integration into a scene. For optimal results, apply a subtle environment map to the scene to enhance the reflections on the black glass surface during rendering, ensuring a realistic interaction with surrounding light sources.

This coffee table is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, formal reception areas, or luxury hotel suites. Its refined profile pairs effectively with velvet upholstery, deep-toned timber flooring, or minimalist marble surfaces. Professionals often search for this type of furniture when specifying items for transitional or neoclassical interior design projects. It works particularly well as a centrepiece in a seating arrangement, especially when complemented by a low-profile rug or decorative accessories that highlight its reflective, polished surface and structural form.
