About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a rectangular wall art piece with a minimalist black frame and a spiral staircase photograph. This wall art piece consists of a slender, matte black metal frame enclosing a high-contrast monochrome photograph. The image depicts a top-down perspective of a classic spiral staircase, emphasizing its geometric rhythm and repeating curved lines. The frame features a clean, thin profile that provides a subtle border without distracting from the artwork. It is presented as a singular, ready-to-place asset, complete with a glass front finish that captures soft light reflections. The composition is vertical, making it suitable for narrow wall sections or as part of a larger gallery wall arrangement.

The download is a 532 KB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is best handled as a single grouped object. Users can easily snap it to vertical surfaces using standard alignment tools. The material setup includes a specific slot for the frame and a separate one for the glass, allowing for adjustments to reflection intensity or transparency settings depending on the project's lighting environment. It is efficient for populate scenes, requiring minimal overhead while providing realistic scale and visual detail for interior renders.

This piece is ideal for modern residential interiors, professional office lobbies, or boutique hospitality settings where architectural photography adds a sophisticated, minimalist touch. It pairs well with monochromatic colour palettes and industrial or contemporary furniture. Designers often search for this type of asset when looking to fill blank wall space in living rooms, hallways, or study areas. Its neutral tone and geometric subject matter make it a versatile choice for bridging the gap between functional design and artistic expression.
