This contemporary 2-seater sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features a neutral beige fabric upholstery and a single dark brown accent cushion. This 2-seater sofa features a clean, contemporary silhouette defined by straight armrests and a structured frame. The upholstery is a light beige fabric with visible piped detailing along the edges of the seat cushions and backrests, enhancing its tailored appearance. The overall proportions suggest a compact and versatile seating solution, suitable for smaller living spaces or as a secondary seating element in larger residential or hospitality lounge areas.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the object pivot is set to the base for easy floor-level placement. Use the layer manager to separate the cushions from the main sofa frame for better control during scene population. Apply standard texture mapping to the fabric materials to maintain the integrity of the weave. The model is scaled to real-world units, so check your system units before merging to avoid common scaling errors in complex interior visualisations.

Professionals should search for this item when looking for versatile, mid-scale seating that avoids overly specific stylistic markers, making it a reliable asset for staged interior projects, architectural renders, or virtual home design presentations in both contemporary and transitional settings.
