About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a beige fabric upholstery, a brown base, and an integrated side table. The sofa features a clean, low-profile design with a modular L-shaped configuration, including an extended chaise lounge section. The upholstery is a neutral beige fabric, contrasted by a darker brown upholstered base. A slim, black metal C-shaped side table is integrated directly into one end of the sofa frame, providing a convenient surface. The set includes three large back cushions and a selection of decorative throw pillows in blue and patterned monochrome fabrics, adding texture and visual interest.

The download is a 53 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned with the floor plane for easy placement. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for the separation of the sofa frame, cushions, and decorative accessories. Apply high-resolution fabric textures to the upholstery channels and use standard material slots for the metal side table finish. Scaling should be adjusted to match the project's specific floor-to-ceiling heights before populating the interior space to maintain realistic proportions.

This sectional is ideal for modern residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel lounge areas where space efficiency and integrated functionality are required. It pairs well with minimalist rugs, floor lamps, and contemporary coffee tables. Professionals often search for this type of asset when specifying modular seating solutions that combine comfort with built-in utility. It is suitable for use in high-end interior design visualisations, architectural presentations, and real-time walk-throughs where a refined, lived-in aesthetic is necessary for client approval.
