About this asset

This contemporary upholstered bench for 3ds Max features a sleek metal frame, a beige fabric seat, and an integrated bolster cushion. This contemporary bench features a minimalist rectangular frame constructed from slender black metal. The seat is upholstered in a textured, light beige fabric, providing a neutral base. A single cylindrical bolster cushion, matching the seat upholstery, is secured to one end by a metallic support bracket, adding a subtle touch of contrast. The ensemble is completed by a draped, deep orange fabric throw that cascades over the edge of the seat, introducing a vibrant pop of colour and a sense of relaxed, lived-in comfort to the overall composition.

The download is a 5.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with clear layer separation, allowing for easy adjustment of the metal frame and fabric components. The geometry is clean, suitable for close-up interior shots. Users can easily map custom textures to the fabric surfaces to match specific project colour palettes. The throw is provided as a separate element, enabling quick removal or repositioning to suit the desired level of casualness in the scene. Standard pivot points are set for efficient placement against walls or at the foot of beds.

Ideal for residential bedrooms, this bench serves as a functional accent piece at the foot of a bed or in a walk-in wardrobe. Its clean lines and neutral palette make it versatile for contemporary living rooms or sophisticated hotel suites where a refined seating element is required. Professionals often search for such items when specifying furniture for high-end residential projects or boutique hospitality environments. It pairs well with modern bedroom sets, minimalist rugs, and industrial-style lighting fixtures to complete a balanced, curated interior scheme.
