Abstract Wall Art and Macrame Wall Hanging Set

This SketchUp model set features an abstract framed painting and a woven macrame wall hanging for contemporary interior styling. The set includes two distinct wall-mounted decorative pieces. The first is a vertical framed abstract artwork featuring a minimalist composition of white, black, and orange geometric forms, enclosed in a light-toned wooden frame. It is paired with a matching wooden picture light fixture mounted directly above. The second piece is a textural macrame wall hanging, constructed from grey and white rope elements suspended from a horizontal wooden dowel. The design uses a chevron-like pattern with a tapered bottom edge, providing a soft, tactile contrast to the crisp lines of the framed artwork.

The download is an 8.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are provided as grouped components. Users can easily toggle the visibility of the light fixture or scale the wall art to fit specific wall elevations. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to the frame finish or rope colour via the materials tray. For high-quality visualisations, ensure the model is oriented correctly against the wall plane and adjust the light component to align with your scene's specific illumination requirements or render engine settings.

These decorative elements are well-suited for adding personality to residential living spaces, bedrooms, or boutique hospitality projects. They function effectively as focal points in gallery walls or as standalone accents above console tables and beds. Designers searching for bohemian or eclectic decor will find these pieces useful for creating layered, lived-in aesthetics. The combination of textile art and graphic prints provides a balanced visual interest suitable for staging modern apartments, minimalist homes, or casual cafe interiors where a welcoming atmosphere is desired.
