About this asset

This tropical villa exterior SketchUp scene features a wooden stilt structure, a koi pond, and lush landscaping. Centred on a stilt-supported wooden villa, this exterior scene captures a tropical aesthetic with a steep, pitched roof and open-plan living areas. A significant koi pond curves through the foreground, bordered by light-grey stone paving and a wooden balustrade. The structure incorporates heavy timber columns and exposed beams, complemented by an extensive wooden pergola that provides shade over the walkways. Landscaping is integrated throughout, featuring manicured shrubs, vibrant flowering plants, and hanging greenery. The composition balances natural wood tones with cool concrete surfaces, creating a serene, resort-style architectural atmosphere.
