About this asset

This tropical modern residential house 3ds Max scene features a two-storey structure with a gated car port and lush planting. This architectural scene depicts a contemporary two-storey residence defined by clean, minimalist concrete forms and warm timber detailing. The ground floor features a secure, slatted metal gate leading to a private car port, flanked by textured stone accents and climbing greenery. A dramatic timber-slatted canopy provides shade to the upper floor, which is framed by mature palm trees and dense shrubbery. The composition balances heavy masonry with light, linear elements, creating a cohesive, high-end tropical aesthetic suitable for high-quality architectural renders where a ready-to-use, fully textured exterior environment is required for immediate project integration.

The download is a 1334 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this scene into a 3ds Max workflow, users should manage the assets via the Asset Tracker to ensure all texture paths for the concrete, wood, and plant foliage are correctly mapped. Given the complexity of the vegetation and lighting, it is recommended to render the scene using the existing camera setup before adjusting environmental parameters. The scene is structured to allow for easy modification of the lighting rig, enabling users to transition between daylight and dusk scenarios with minimal effort.

Ideal for residential architecture projects, this scene serves as a foundation for visualising tropical or warm-climate homes. It is particularly effective for architects and visualisers working on conceptual designs or marketing materials for luxury suburban developments. Professionals searching for a complete, high-fidelity exterior environment will find this asset useful for establishing a sophisticated, green-focused streetscape. It pairs well with other contemporary residential assets and can be adapted for various project stages, from initial massing studies to final presentation-ready imagery.
